I have needed a bag for my new lap-top, and for some reason, I have dreaded making it... But I finally figured that even a not-like-I-wanted-it-to-look-at-all bag, would be better than no bag ;-) So I chose some fabric.
These go well together, I think. Started sewing, Ask thought it was fun, until he realized, that he was not allowed to use the scissors!
A relatively small project, as I had to take all the easy-way-out choices, because Ask is not as eager to be by the sewing-machine as I am. So no zippers or other fancy stuff... But this will be what I take with me, when leaving the house to study in the future.
Now Ask is taking a well-deserved nap, and I need to reorganize all the stuff he pulled out from.....well.....pretty much everywhere.....
I'm happy. It doesn't look at all as I imagined it, but it works, and I love the fabrics!

It looks really great! What a creative idea to make your own lap top bag.
Superb
That's cool! And so is your laptop! I love those fabrics.... especially together!
It's so happy looking! Nice job :)
Love the fabrics! Cute bag.
I totally love those fabrics and how they match your colorful computer! Especially that little woodland fabric...adorable!
I love your attitude; better to get something done even if it isn't all you wanted it to be. It looks great and I'm sure you'll get years of good use out of it. It's so fun to have a stash on hand to choose from, isn't it?
You've been tagged....
I think it came out great! I need a laptop bag too. I see that you are from Denmark. They had a thing on 20/20, a news program, and they said that the happiest people on earth live in Denmark : )
Wonderful bag! I should make one for my laptop. Thanks for the idea!
Oooh! I'm mighty impressed with those corners - they look wonderfully sharp! Julian (husband) has been after me all week to make him a similar style bag for his ipod touch, but like you, I've been avoiding it - now I think I'll have to sit down and give it a go!
sooo cute. now if I only had a laptop. . .
Awww...A laptop bag! I'd love one. Do you sell them on etsy?
