Sarah Fielke BOM - the top is done!!

It's done and it's huge.
The borders didn't really take as long to do as I had thought they would. I put them together in an afternoon!
The outer border that is. There was some fiddling with the size of the inner border...
But here it is

The top is done and I love it.
I am seriously considering hand quilting it.
What do you think?

If you love hand quilting then I say go for it. I'm always anxious to move on to the next quilt but if you have nothing in mind right now hand quilting will fill the space until you do want to start something else. Your top is beautiful and it was fun watching your journey trough the assembly of the blocks.

Congratulations on your finish Tine. I'm still a ways off but have headed down the rabbit hole as I want to stay focused and up to date on it. I didn't start happy days until three months in. I loke that you kep the final border so clean, your corner blocks are lovely!

There's a lot of "WOW" factor in that quilt. Congratulations on getting it to the finished flimsy stage.
